چکیده
Monosodium glutamate is a common food additive that belongs to the group of flavor enhancers used in wide range products. The potentially negative impact monosodium on human health prompts us question safety its widespread use. article presents and analyzes data an experimental study conducted 40 white male female rats reproductive age (2.5-3.5 months old) weighing 120-190 g. purpose histological, morphometric, ultrastructural changes lymph nodes under conditions short-term exposure glutamate. An animals (10 rats, 10 rats), which was standard vivarium diet, given at dose 0.07 g/kg rat body weight by pipette every day same time for four weeks, followed free access water food. In intact group, structure mesenteric corresponded species norm. animals, after weeks exposure, it found paracortical area contained g larger number post-capillary venules with high endothelium compared control groups animals. Changes vascular bed were established, particular, arteries both thickness organ hilum contain thickened wall, their lumen full blood. Veins are also full-blooded, dilated deformed. Swelling parenchyma signs immune activity observed. There significant decrease relative lymphoid nodules mantle zone, increase medullary substance node, corticomedullary index, germinal centers, area, cords. Part lymphocytes all populations apoptosis. other part has uneven karyolemma contour, nucleolus not visualized lymphocytes, cytoplasm clear contains organelles. Mitochondria hypertrophied light matrix. Therefore, even daily glutamate, namely causes structural organization nodes.

Histomorphometrical changes of oviduct during the long-term exposure of breeder hens to extra thyroxine
In this research a 100 day long treatment period was considered to unmask the probable adverse effects of long-term induced hyperthyroidism on histomorphometrical attributes of the oviduct in broiler breeder hens. A total of seventy 47-week-old Cobb 500 breeder hens were randomly allotted to two treatment groups (5 replicates of 7 hens each). Thyroxine (T4) was orally administered to the hypert...
متن کاملStructural and functional changes to lymph nodes in ageing mice
Lymph nodes (LN) are secondary lymphoid organs spread throughout the lymphatic system. They function to filter pathogenic material from the lymphatic fluid to maintain the health of the organism. Subcapsular sinus macrophages (SCSM) are among the first-responders within the LN due to their strategic location within the subcapsular sinus region. These macrophages aid the delivery of immune compl...

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) has been in use since long as a flavour enhancing substance. Its widespread use has also earned it a bad name to be harmful for human health. It had been incriminated in wide range of effects comprising retinal degeneration, metabolic disorders, endocrinal disorders including reduced fertility rate in both in both sexes in mice. However there were many contradicting v...

Persian sturgeon, Acipenser persicus is a native, commercially important and highly steemed fish species in the Caspian Sea. In this study, effects of Nodularin (NODLN), a cyclic pentapeptide hepatotoxin, on liver and gill tissues of A. persicus were studied. Nodularin was produced in high amounts by Nodularia spumigena, a cyanobacterium species during the algal bloom in the Caspian Sea an...
